Available to minister worldwide as he has preached & taught in India, the Philippines, South Korea, and Malaysia.

NOTE: Dr. Richard loves to minister in ASIA & AFRICA throughout JANUARY & FEBRUARY.

           Usually a few ministries come together to share the costs (usually take 2-3 months to plan).
